John M. Egan, CFP® is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional, and President of JM Egan Financial Planning. John founded JM Egan Financial Planning twenty years ago to provide comprehensive financial and wealth planning for individuals and families. Today, with John’s leadership, JM Egan proudly serves over 500 families in 15 states. John holds various security licenses, a life/health insurance license, is a Registered Principal, and Registered Investment Advisor.
John was raised in West Orange, New Jersey and attended Seton Hall Preparatory School. Earning a BA in Business Administration from Saint Michael’s College in Winooski, Vermont in 1983, John completed his studies at Fairleigh Dickinson University in Madison, New Jersey.
John is a member of many professional organizations including the Financial Planning Association and Society of Financial Service Professionals.
John is involved in the community in many ways. He is past President of the Madison Chamber of Commerce, and Madison Historic Preservation Commission. Currently John serves on the board of directors of the Madison Chamber of Commerce and is the treasurer of the Morristown-Beard School Crimson Athletic Club. John remains involved in numerous charitable organizations.
John lives in Madison, New Jersey with his wife Sue and their children, son Brian, 16, a sophmore in high school and daughter Kelsey, 13, who is in middle school. His interests include spending time with his family, tennis, skiing, golf and renovating his historic home.

As a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional, Janet’s role is to help clients reach their goals by integrating all aspects of the financial planning process including investments, estate planning, tax planning and insurance into a successful life plan. Through continual client communication life changes can be successfully integrated into the plan.
Janet earned a BS Degree in Economics from Boston College and completed her studies at Adelphi University. She holds a Series 7 and 63 security license and a NJ Insurance license. She brings a diversified financial services work experience to JM Egan - including positions with the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, Edward Jones Investment and The Bank of New York.
Janet lives in Chester, New Jersey with her husband, Chris, and their three children, Michael, age 21, Jessica, age 19 and Elizabeth, age 15. Community interests include Chester Area Girl Scouts, Chester PAA Sports, and religious education program at St. Lawrence and Chester Area Pool Committee.

As Account Executive and Employee Benefit Manager, John is responsible for servicing a diverse group of individuals planning for their future, as well as small to mid-size companies, administering their employee benefits.
John has a BA in Accounting and a Master's degree in Management Information Systems, both from Saint Peter's College. He has worked in the financial services industry for over 15 years, most recently working with hedge funds, partnerships and mutual funds.
John lives in West Orange, New Jersey with his wife Margaret and their four year old daughter Cassandra. In his spare time, he likes to bowl, play golf and follow the New York Yankees.

Dave graduated from the University of Notre Dame and Seton Hall University School of Law. He received his license to practice law in New Jersey in 1984. His practice is limited to estate planning and administration, real estate and land use, and general business law.
Dave has been a member of the Harding Township Board of Adjustment, coached youth soccer in Madison and has served in other volunteer capacities in the communities in which he has resided.

Don Gillmore is a partner at Gillmore, Gillmore and Graham, located in Westfield, New Jersey. He was a partner at Gillmore & Gillmore from 1967- 1988 and has been a partner at Gillmore, Gillmore and Graham since 1988.
Don attended Farleigh Dickenson University where he earned a BA in Accounting. He is enrolled to practice before the Internal Revenue Service and is a member of The Accounting and Tax Professionals of New Jersey, The National Society of Accountants, The National Society of Enrolled Agents and the Westfield Rotary Club.
Don lives in Scotch Plains with his wife, Maureen, and has three married daughters, Colleen, Kristin and Lauren.
